Singapore Expats

Hi, I am 21 yr old male from NZ and have been in Singapore since March, its a great experience at being here and the locals are great people; however I am looking for new expat friends, male and/or female 18-24 to meet and get together over the weekend to hang out, watch movies..to cafes and just chilling. I am not much for the party or clubbing scene but definitely enjoy a quite beer with mates and enjoying/appreciating good music. I am missing good conversations and look forward at not having to explain myself when I say "cheers" or "sweet as".

hey!i love your idea since I'm not the type of person who loves clubs and discos.I prefer to have a laid-back atmosphere: chilling in the pubs/cafes,listening to some live bands or watching movies. and yeah, Singaporeans are really nice but til now I still have an issue with their Singlish, so sometimes I prefer not to start a conversation or even avoid one. btw, just update this thread whenever there are some meet-ups or for some suggestions as to when and where we can all hang out

Man, i think u're the first kiwi i encountered i this forum. My boyfriend is kiwi, where are u from?
