need help with my computer!

Does anyone know of someone who will come to the house and sort out a few glitches with the computer? Outlook isn't working, when I turn the computer on it says there are duplicate users... I live at Keppel bay & would prefer to be able to use my computer rather than be an expert on how it works!!!!
