Singapore Expats

Hey guys,

I've been here since January and have struggled to find a way of reaching other golfers at short notice to organise/fill a 4 ball.

I've found some "societies" but ultimately as I want to play golf, golf and more golf have decided to take matters into my own hands and set up a linked in group trying to act as a place where we can all go and meet like minded individuals.

Please get involved, the more members the more chance we will have of using our numbers to our advantage in the future!

The group on linked in is now 26 strong and growing, I'm adding content as we go and plan to get out on the course in the coming weeks.

Hi, quite a few people from my work play on a regular basis a mixture of standards from v.good to new-to-it. Just moved to SG but most people from our place travel to Malaysia maybe once a month for a game. signed up to your twitter, good idea!

What you really mean is that you have set this group up for networking for business and not really interested in playing golf or people that play golf.

This sounds like a great idea, count me in! Not too sure what's wrong with the bloke and the comment above, obviously plays a lot of golf on his own.

I'm heading to Batham tomorrow morning, it is $250, 36 holes and night stay, will let you know how it goes...

I search in Twitter for @SingExpat Golf with no spaces and get 'no tweets found'. I don't have Linked-in. Is there an error in the twitter search? Thanks
