it seems like rhino is not a one time thing and people always go for revision..:s22: do we have to go for revision after rhino every few years?

Yea, the best is not to touch the nose unless it is really, really ugly that you can't live with it. Or else the money you save each time may go to redoing it. Man, how to enjoy life?

It depends on the doctor you choose, and the material you use in your nose. If you use silicon etc, which is a kind of material more likely to cause infection in some people/and shifting of position, then there is a likelihood that you gotta redo your nose in some years to come. (esp when the nose becomes slanted to one side etc). However, if you choose some other materials like your own septal cartilage (if you have enough of it) or ear cartilage and probably rib cartilage too, the risks of infection will be lowered and the structure of your nose will also be more stable than silicon noses. As such, the re-doing rate will be much much lower and if possible, you won't have to re-do it!
So you have to research well before committing to a rhinoplasty job to avoid the risks mentioned above
