My search for a financial advisor seems to be going nowhere and based on the recommendations from BillyB - I was wondering if someone knows of a good tax consultant.
Thank you

I have never heard of a Singapore tax consultant. The rates here are so low and the rules so easy that anybody who cannot figure it out him/herself will surely not earn above the tax-free threshold (S$20000/year or so).
So don't worry!
(And if you still do, call IRAS - they are friendly and informative!)

See I need someone who knows international taxes - I need to file taxes in US, India and Singapore so it would be so much easier if someone can guide me through the different requirements

Then you need a US tax consultant for the US part and an Indian tax consultant for the Indian part. If you're lucky, you'll find one that knows both - but probably not in Singapore.

You should find what you need using KPMG.
