Moving from Atlanta to Singapore

Hi people,
I will be relocating from Atlanta to Singapore. I planning to ship some of my stuffs to Singapore. I am just wondering which are the reliable shipping companies that you folks can recommend me or share your personal experiences.
I did receive quotes from shipping companies, but I heard a lot of negative reviews about them through the internet, so I don't think I want to engage them.

Having lived in Atlanta in the 90s (with very fond memories of our time there), I wanted to wish you good luck with your move. The weather here will be similar to what you get in Atlanta this time of year, except of course that we get it all year round. But you probably already knew that.
Regarding your question about shipping / moving companies, we've always used Allied Pickfords and had consistently good service from them, but that has always been to/from the UK and some other destination, so I'm not sure how good they'd be for an ATL -> SIN move. Also depends on whether you want the 'full service' with packing, etc. or just need someone to collect some boxes at one end and deliver them at the other.
Your best bet would be to do a search on this fine forum (look above and to the right). AND check out the link in sundaymorningstaple's signature where there are lots of moving companies listed.

No, I decided to ship by mail and buy whatever else I need when I get there.
