Definitive List of What's Not Allowed Through Customs?

I want to order some sights that are meant for air-soft guns from ebay and use them for display purposes in my nerdy hobbies. I contacted the seller on ebay and they said they've successfully shipped to SG before, but I should check with customs. Anybody know where I could get a definitive answer? I would be pissed if my stuff got taken at customs and they searched my house or something.

Er, yeah, I suppose you could check the website of Singapore Customs.

Don't you think?

The problem with checking the site is that the customs officials don’t even know what’s allowed and what’s not.
We went through 2 hours of BS with them over some dinky little 2.5 inch blade dive knifes that were attached to our BCD"s. After all of the BS, the big boss comes out and says "no problem, you can go". That’s what I was telling them the whole time.
