29 / M - new to town and looking to meet people

Arrived about 2 weeks ago and just finished my first couple weeks of work. Would like to meet some people in Singapore. I'm 29 / M / American & Italian (but don't speak it) and have been living in Europe and Asia for the past year. I work in technology start ups on the business side.
Looking to meet ppl for dinner, drinks or up for anything. Wouldn't mind organizing something / meeting some people at Clarke Quay, Arab Street or anywhere that is exciting at night.
Would also be up for meeting a tennis partner for a game once a week.
