Hey guys, it's me again!

I've got a few guests from overseas who are vegetarian. Thing is, I don't really have the time to run around looking for vegetarian places too far off from their hotel (they're staying in Peninsula now).

They don't mind any sort of vegetarian food as long as it's just vegetables. I picked Indian though cause it seemed like the most idea choice. (With all the spices and stuff!)

So does anyone know if there are such places around the area?

Nalan vegetarian restaurant, just next to the building of the Peninsula Hotel (the building just before Funan if you're coming from City Hall). It's on the corner of Coleman Street and North Bridge Road (you don't have to cross it). It's on a "basement" but you can actually see the diners from the sidewalk through the street level windows.

Wasn't that a sushi restaurant before?

Nalan restaurant? Never heard of it before! Is their food good?

Hmmmm. Could plan an 'electronic' tour with my overseas guests since Funan is nearby!

Nalan is pure veg, and it is good, so is the Komalas (I would have thought of Komalas first, in Peninsular Plaza basement .. )

Electronic tour ? Camera stuff or others ??

PS: I checked the address of Nalan, at City Hall, it is listed as Funan

I would definitely go on an electronic tour. The salespeople there are really nice, even when you're not buying anything, they'll end up talking to you.

Had a really pleasant experience when I got my laptop.

Finally made my way there with my guests! Had lovely food... and then we SPLURGED our way in Funan! Got a camera and some electronics...

Anyone else going to try other foods in Funan? I'm going back there again soon for another meal!

There's a Japanese restaurant there that's pretty nice. Would recommend it to people to go down there after work. It's called Akashabu! Or you could try the food court for budget.
