New to Singapore and thinking about watching the world rugby championship this evening (and tomorrow).
I just need to find the right...entertaining...place.

too bad that I have a prior social event ..
But Muddy Murphy's and the Orchard Hotel Lobby (roo bar) is a nice place
A lot of places promote the rugby, but gets too crowded and not much to talk about
Of course, you can check St James too .. with some Rugby promo on ..

Hi Trade,
I'm just back from a week in Melbourne and have no plan yet for the AB-Oz game tomorrow but for sure I'll be watching.
If you are keen to meet at the Orchard Hotel for a pint or two let me know. Otherwise I'll try to wedge into a seat at one of the jam-packed places in town - but seating will be at a premium. I don't want to have to get there an hour or two early just to get a stool.
