Mandarin/English for your Japanese or Cantonese

Hi,
I am native in Mandarin and fluent in English as I lived in US for a couple years.
I am looking for a Japanese speaker to teach me Japanese. I do not speak Japanese at all but would love to learn. In return I can teach you Mandarin or practice English w/ you.
My Cantonese is sketchy so I would love to practice it with someone too.
