I think it would be easier if the interest rates were listed. Banks have it up on their website. Here are some of them:
- POSB
personal loan - 18.48% (income above $30k)]
- OCBC personal loan - 17.95% (income above $30k)
- HSBC personal loan - 17.06% (income above $30k)
- UOB personal loan - 17.8% (income above $30K)
- StanChart personal loan - 18.13% (with no existing credit)
I didn't have the time to give all the links, so only did the first one but you can go check out the rest using google.

Funny how the only link you (and your alter ego pjays02) ever have time to put in is for POSB / DBS. Do you get paid for each one you post?

Most banks have 6 months low interest loan it is from 0% processing charge for above S$10K and 1.88 % per year from HSBC. Use credit card to take but do not use credit card till the payment is made.
UOB No processing charge and no cap 1.88% but They make it difficult and all sort of clause and if u make mistake interest rate goes up to default market rate.
Standardcharted bank has 1.88% for 6 months and bit convenient.
Citi bank 1.99% for 6 months.
