Singapore Expats

Hi All,

I want to know the chances of getting PR. Here are my details.

1. Working in Singapore since last 5 years (Jan 2006 Till now) , I was in S pass from Jan 2006 to April 2010 , Now I am holding P2 pass.

2. I am an Indian and holding master's degree in computer application and currently working in investment bank.

3. My wife is having master's in business administration and currently working in a certification firm in singapore under Letter of consent.She is in Singapore since April 2009 after my marriage in April 2009

4. My total household income in 8K$ + per month.

I had applied PR in May 2009 after my marriage and it was rejected in Oct 2009 mentioning to apply after 2 years time , I would to know is it good time to apply now.

Everybody keeps getting on my case because I'm brutally honest but people say I'm to negative. I thought I'd try to be nice and be positive for a change. Guess nice just doesn't suit me at all!

Hi,

Am new to this forum.

I'm a US citizen and recently married a Singaporean wife. We have been married for only 2 months and have applied for PR with my wife being the sponsor.

Currentyly, I'm back in the US. My company is willing to to transfer me to Singapore office only upon me getting my PR.

Am wondering whats the chances of me having PR approve on first application. I have heard that alot of people got rejected on the first application.

Honestly? Having been only married for 2 months, I'd say it looks like a marriage of convenience and will probably be rejected. Especially seeing you don't even have a job here.
