Hello people, I really need help here so i would like to have the general opinion of the masses.

This business lies in the grey area of the classification. Unlike industries like F&B which are clear cut service sector.

Is it under construction or are we under service sector?

Erection business is definitely based in Geylang.....

Probably events and promotions companies. Why not see how a couple of tentage companies are listed on ACRA?

It is a known grey area in the ACRA classifications. You need to look at what else your company does or does not do, and the skills of the staff you have.

A lot of tentage companies are service companies, but that will affect your labour cost when using foreign workers.

If you plan to be a construction company, do you meet all the requirement set out by BCA?

So you need to find a position which suits you best and stick to it.
