Hi! Just moved here a few weeks ago and looking to get into yoga... It's been a while, so I may not be too bendy these days

nonetheless, I bought today's groupon. 20sgd for 4 classes at avante yoga located at city hall. Going to give it a shot. Going this Thursday for the Sun Salute class, 230-330. Join me if you're interested. And if you want the deal, see below.
$20 for Four 60 min Yoga Sessions at Avante Yoga (Worth $100). 6 Sessions Opt... -

Also, looking at heading over to h.om yoga sometime soon as well, so if hot yoga is more your thing we can go sweat it up over there!

Namaste AlyPie.. You might want to keep your option open. I attended Avante yoga, personally it is not to my standard. I have been attending classes at other niche studio since I came to Singapore 2 years back. Will be taking part in the yoga teacher training course as well. =)
Hope you are settling down well. Furnish me once you have attended the classes and how it went. Stay & live well!
No yoga for me at Avante

Thanks SusieG. Yes, actually I ended up not going to their studio. The groupon was only valid for Sg residents so I had it cancelled. Thank you for the heads up, though! I figured it was probably NOT the best place to practice, considering the extreme bargain! Should always go with my gut!
... Have a good day!

@kwanwendy~
you cant relate yoga and kick boxing! Because, yoga keeps you calm and protects you from negative thoughts. Kick boxing keeps you fit and protects from physical harm.
I suggest you to try both !

I really like updog studios in Singapore. I think the thing is with Yoga, it's best to have a look around at a few different studios, to find which teacher & place suits you best.
