Suggestions on location from all the experts on here

HI All,
My wife and I are being tranferred in the coming months, and THINK we have narowed down the search based on the following:
1. Close to MRT
2. Close to Australian International School for kids
3. Close to MacPherson area for work
4. Shopping/Food walking distance
5. 3 or 4 bedroom
6. Under/Around 5K a month
Our agent is recommending all the following, and I am hoping for some local insight into good/bad or other suggestions, or areas that we might not be thinking.
• Clover by the park
• Bishan Loft
• Trevista
• Oleander Tower
• Blossoms at Woodleigh
• One Leicester
• Wembley Residence
• Kovan Melody
• Kovan Residences
