Is there any website to find the transacted price for rents for
condos?

I'm not aware of any site like that in Singapore, even for rental HDBs which are semi-regulated. (HDB needs to approve each unit being leased)

Just speak to everyone coming in and out of the
condo you like and ask "how much you pay, ah?". Seems to not be a taboo here, I'm used to it now, people ask you everything!

zzm9980 and nutnut: the lawyer doing conveyencing can find out the current transacted price, as I understood, as well as properties with Caveat lodged.
There is some e-service site, which conveyencing lawyers access. Me never bothered to find out more !!
