Singapore Expats

I'm wondering if it's just me - but ever since I have been in Singapore (since January) my hair is sticky. It feels like I've put hair gel on wet hair. I can feel it sticking to my hands when it's still wet after a wash and when it's dry it feels all stuck together and looks greacey. When it first happened I wondered if I had left conditioner in or something. Is there something in the water maybe?

I went back to the UK for a visit and after one wash it was back to normal.

Has anyone else had this and what can I do about it? I'm not usually one to spend a lot of time on cosmetics etc, but my hair has been a disaster since I've been here!

hi there, it is probably the climate and your body is still not accustomed to the humidity and heat in Singapore. perhaps you can change the brand of your shampoo to something that's better for oily hair. or you could try some organic hair products.

Yup, that's pretty much it: The weather. Nothing serious to worry about. After all, it's more humid here in SG than in the UK.
