Singapore Expats

Does anyone know where I can get these gel inserts/orthotics for a mild case of plantar fasciitis? I've tried multiple guardian and watson's stores, but none of them seem to have these.

Only alternative seems to be go to a doctor and get custom ones, but id rather avoid this if possible.
