Hey!
Has anyone tried sending packages from Singapore to overseas? In particular Australia?
I just want to get a feel about the cost and efficiency. I went on the Singpost website.. and to me, the postage cost seems very high. I just wanted to see if anyone has tried any other service? I'm looking to send back gifts and stuff.
Thanks!

If you think it's high to sent to Australia, check the postage costs from Australia to Singapore. :o

Hi, I have posted packages to Australia and the US and each time the rates have been reasonable. Of course it depends on the weight but I found Singapore Post to be friendly and efficient and delivery was speedy. Hope this helps. 8-)

The last time I tried sending some DVDs to Australia I ended up having to dump the original cases/boxes and stuff everything into a $2 Daiso album instead. :)

Thats not sure. I have sent from Tanglin Post office, Harbourfront and at least another two. So in other words any Post Office I passed they accepted the parcel.

I've sent from Serangoon Gardens as well as the Killeney Road PO.

I've also sent from the one on Robinson Road.

Somebody either doesn't have a clue or they are having you on.
