Hi to all,

Great forum. Keep it up guys.

Here is my case. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I am an Indian SPR for almost 6 years. Got married 2 years ago. Brought my wife straight away in 2010. Applied PR for her after couple of months in 2011. Got rejected after 9 months of waiting and was told that can apply again after 6 months. So now its going to be 6 months and planning to apply again. May be could be the reason coz I was away from Singapore for almost 1.5 year in between 2009 and 2010.

As of now, my wife is on LTVP since last two years and she is pregnant now. Difficult to get job since she is not PR. I am earning around 2.5K monthly. Planning to apply PR again next month. what do you all think would be the chances are??

any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

Based on the information you have said, looks tough

If your salary were in the neighbourhood of 3K you would definitely stand a better chance. Having said that, I'm not sure if "better" would be enough in the current climate though. As noted, it is going to be tough.

Unfortunately they don't because bonuses are not guaranteed.
