I am keen to get a food dehydrator from Amazon. But because of the voltage difference, am not sure which brand is compatible with the Singapore voltage. Has anyone bought a food dehydrator from the States before? Any good ones to recommend?

Haven't you ever had dried fruits? Like Apricots, or mango slices? That's what a dehydrator does. Removes the moisture from foods. Beef Jerky is another example but made a bit differently.
