Anyone want to teach me Mandarin?

I am considering learning Mandarin and I am looking for someone who can teach me. I know this is a big task, but I am willing to give it a try. I am thinking we could do this in more of a social setting than in a classroom. In return for your help, you will receive lunches and dinners coffees or glasses of wine depending on where we meet up and what time of day it is. This would be social as much as it would be learning. Equally if you would like to learn/improve your English, I would be happy to help you. I am 29/M/AUS
