If you really did something wrong and your employer reports it with proof to MOM or ICA, then you will be blacklisted clearly.

You may not need to do anything wrong .. a few employers, who try to lock in the employee for life - tend to use the threat of blacklisting if the employee jumps ship, or don't finish the contract .. etc. etc ..

And, yes, there are ways to make the case strong for MOM. I used to work for one like that .. eons ago. Who threatened employees with blacklisting if they jump ship, or joined ANY OTHER COMPANY in Singapore, within 2 years of leaving the company, and more and more ..



Btw, the higher up you are in the food chain, the lesser the chance for MOM to seriously blacklist .. don't quote me on that ..

Well, for example, it is easier to blacklist a maid, or work permit holder, than an EP holder ..

And if the victim writes in to MOM, the chance of removal off the blacklist is also higher for EP holders, than for WP/FDW

Somebody had decided that the people on the lower level of the food chain could be wrong if the employer complains, and those on the upper level of Food chain are not likely to be.. or so I think

Wonder if Nick Leeson's employer blacklisted him at MOM?

Oh, forgot, he brought down Barings Bank singlehandedly so they might have had a hard time blacklisting him.

Needless to say, I don't buy into the inability to blacklist higher up the foodchain. It is possible but the reasons are generally a bit more onerous than lower level types.

Wonder if the graffiti artist who got away was blacklisted?

Your examples are right on top of the "DO NOT DO" things the guys did ..

And I ddin't say nothing on the "INABILITY" i said it is less of a drama to blacklist a maid or Worker, than a, say, a PMET, and the chance of the latter fixing his blacklisting is also faster, unlike the former.

I know for a fact that there are maids, who were blacklisted 10 years ago by pissed off employers, and are still refused WP, and also guys - PMETs, who were blacklisted by scorned employers and got it fixed and are working here.

Again, I never said "NEVER" .. only that .. the higher up you are in the food chain, the lesser the chance for MOM to seriously blacklist .. don't quote me on that

Our agency is in singapore explain that our workforce on the blacklist by the ICA, whereas our own workforce employment contract and Visa,
that we want to ask. What possible reason that our workforce deported?

If you are an agency, you have better avenue than asking in this forum.

Go to MOM directly.

I am not of the agency, i'm from the labor insurance Indonesia, where the case is being handled me,

So you mentioned your agency in Singapore..

They can go to MOM

House hold workers can get black listed by MOM for various reasons.

Including getting pregnant or ex employer complaint.

Only the Singapore agency may find out from MOM.

If ICA refused entry, that is a different case - reasons may include past suspicions travel, or travel under different name / passport. ICA has no reason to explain, just like how Indonesia immigration never gives reason for refusing entry for foreigners.
