I"m holding EP of Q1.
I'm in singapore for last three years and my salary is $3150.
And my race is Indian.

Can you advise the chance for approval of PR?

Almost zero.

-> you're Indian. The gahmen says there are too many foreigners already, more so Indians, so they won't get some more.

Hi Dude, I have gotten my PR for about one year plus now, however I am a Malaysian so the quota for my nationality may be higher.

At the moment of my application, my Salary was a miserable basic of SGD$2.5k not including transport allowance and commission. So your salary in comparison plus inflation is not too far off furthermore it only need to indicate that you can be self sufficient to reside in this island.

More importantly is your qualification and experience which fits into the sector that Singapore wants to develop, ICA would want to keep us in hopes that we will move and strengthen that sector.

My qualifications are Basic Deg in Biochem/Med, and minor post grad stuff in business, SG isn't exactly breaking frontiers in life-science research, not even in Asia and most of researchers in SG that I knew are foreign, so I got my approval in less than 2 months. Anyway I'm in medical sales now.

I would not refute 100% your analysis but I think your race and nationality is the most important factor here if not determinant factor
