Hi All,

I was wondering does anyone fancy playing golf this weekend?

I normally go to Batam but the guys are I play with are not around. You will not have to worry about playing with Tiger Woods!! I play off a handicap of about 22.

I'm not very good, and I'm sure you'll kick my arse, but I might get a few stableford points if I play off 28!

Thanks very much for the invite mate. Unfortunately I'm freighting my clubs out, so they wont arrive for a few weeks.

Do you guys normally get the ferry to Batam? I googled the courses and they look great! Very much looking forward to a bit of golf in the sunshine.

I've heard that a lot of the Singapore golf courses require membership, but if any of you guys fancy meeting up and smashing a few on a driving range somewhere then grabbing a pint after, I'd be bang up for some of that!

Did you end up getting a group together to play? I arrived here in Singapore just over a year ago and after a few lessons at the driving range I need to get out on the course a bit more, and eventually get myself a handicap.
