Try Island Creamery at Serene Center, they have lots of local flavours, like the milk tea and uhh.. horlicks, I think.
The place is usually packed though.

Buy soda. Buy ice cream. Put soda in big glass or mug. Put scoop of ice cream and there's your ice cream float. You get to pick your ice cream and soda and control the quality then.

I don't know but for that price, I rather go to an Indian Muslim restaurant and order Milo Dinosaur with ice cream on top. Shaved half the price off...

OK I'll be nice... How about A&W root beer float? That's classic, considering that A&W is now extinct in Singapore

Can't remember the price but probably $7.40. You can just get an equivalent version at most Indian Muslim restaurant for about $3 or less.

You can get their rootbeer in cans at all NTUCs. At least the last time I checked that is.......

Oh you'll love it. If you love the malt drink to begin with... Nothing beats crunching the damp malt powder coating the same malt drink. Top it up with a scoop of your favourite ice-cream, you will get heaven...
SMS, yes it is still available in NTUC. I guess one can just DIY it but does anyone notice that the ones served in A&W seem to be richer than the canned versions?
