SG - open tender portals

Hi All,
My company is primarily engaged in IT Consulting and Project management (like many here) and I was wondering if there were any known web portals for open tenders, RFPs, etc?
I know the government has their GeBiz, but I'm curious if there is anything commonly used for private companies/banking/etc? Been unlucky searching so far and I assume that means there aren't but can't hurt to ask.
