How much doeas it cost to setup a pte ltd company in singapore?
I need to set one up on the cheap side. Any recommendations?

S$300 if you do it yourself, 3 to 5 times that much if someone else does if for you.

I got it done for $550 which comes with free rubber stamp, one year secretarial service 1 year book keeping and accounting service.
Satisfied with their professional service..
You can do on your own but it has too many issues like shareholder certificate, Acra filing, Resolution etc.. If you are familiar you can do.

Ya, mostly is that cost...
but after you register, there other cost like, Compilation, Tax and others...

If you are the sole director of the firm, you have to appoint another person to be the company secretary, so you have to add that fee as well. Around $700 pa. You are given six months to appoint one from the time of incorporation.

Approx $330 under ACRA of $500 if you use service providers.
