I am 38, F, single and relocated to and have been in Singapore for 1.5 years. Have gone on the meet-up scene for a while but found the company to be a bit too young for my age. Hence, am trying other outlets.

If you are, like me, enthusiastic about food (good authentic food), the theaters or movies, the occasional visit to a great pub or would just like to goof for no good reason over a cuppa, do reply to this post.

Along the way, I hope to expand my social circle.

I'm Joanna, originally from Montreal, but living in Calgary since 2005.
I just arrived last friday, for what looks like a long-term job teaching at NUS.
I'm here alone for the moment (at least until my bf comes to visit in february), and the jetlag is going away finally, so I'm ready to get out there and make friends in my new country.
A bit about me: super outgoing, wildlife biologist (but still a girly girl), very into dance and music, and taking photos is a growing hobby. I like going out for dinner, lunch, whatever and I'm eager to explore Singapore.

I love good food, a glass of vino or two, cinema and travel. I also play tennis (for fun) if anybody is interested.
