I don't know about reputable but you could ask around Recognize Studios in Orchard Central. They got b-boys and street and hip-hop and stuff. Sometimes, I see loads preparing for contests or something.
DISCLAIMER: I'm just another customer there (not dance, though) and get no incentive to recommend them.

I know there is Natasha Studios which is at city square mall. I will be looking to sign up to similar classes next week..
