high end travel agencies

I am booking a holiday for some family members to China - any recommendations for high-end travel agencies?
My aunt booked it with Chan Brothers (at Chinatown), twice. But she never said something that leads to recommendation. PS: most of my holiday plans are free and easy. I never make any reservations with Chan Brothers
