Anyone have any idea whether are there any upcoming interviews on Dec/Jan?

Open Day is not like an actual interview like SIA. What you do is basically to go down to drop your CV and watch some videos. Depending on the number of turnouts that day, you might be grouped in a group of 10 to answer a simple question. Then you can go home and wait for the results for the next round. Else, they will shortlist you based on your CV. They will contact you via phone or email.
I read this from some blogs so above is not my own experience.
