Things you like about Singapore?

I'm a 'heartlander' with about 6 years in SG from Western Europe. Would be interesting to find out what other expat folks like about Singapore. Below list is quite sorry looking, anything else?

Multicultural environment
Warm Weather (if you don’t like the cold/do outdoor sports)
Outdoor activities – Kayaking, Hiking, kopitiam drinking.
Animal spotting - especially monitor lizards.
Girls (looking at)
Changi Airport
Option of
condo living with pool, year round.
No hooligans, groups of young kids causing trouble. Well behaved kids on average in the MRT etc.
Travel hub to other Asian destinations.
Low mortgage interest rates
Public infrastructure.
Champagne brunch
Safer for wife and kids/security
Tropics/greenery
A feed in Little India for food and atmosphere.
Food - availability and price.
Public/government services for the community
Kaya toast
Kidnapping monitor lizards.

Living in a
condo with a swimming pool that you can enjoy 365 days a year.

-local food in coffee shops/hawker centers
-champagne brunches
-accessibility to the region (in touristic sense)
-clouds formations
-friendly government and related services (i.e. interactions with tax and other authorities)
-low taxes
-public infrastructure

Friendly people and polite kids (actually saw a boy give up his seat on a crowded bus to a 40 ish "not visibly infirm" man). Wow!

+1 for local food. Malaysia has it better, but overall it's not too bad.

Kid's been exposed to too much politeness. Must be put in kiasuness and apathy bootcamp ASAP before the other couples' kids go there first.
