Currently working as software engineer for singaporean company in jakarta.
Graduated from ICA recognized university
Also an international athlete in martial art sports.

Have a sister as cabin crew in SQ with S pass
I was applying where the scheme is LPR goes first and when getting a job then goes to PR.

Goddammit I swear I was so upset when my friend applied the same thing just 1-2 years back he applied on the same thing as a fresh graduated and accepted with no problem.

Anyway appealed, rejected once, gonna try again.
Oh how about my chances for an S pass ?

i think you should search this forum about appealing, or at least HOW / WHEN you should appeal. don't appeal for the sake of appealing.

what has changed to make you think your appeal should be taken into consideration? lotto winnings? sister just became a PR? new job in singapore? or... same ole same old?

If appealing wont matter since there's not much difference than any chances for scoring an S pass nowadays ?

You need an employer IN Singapore to apply for your S pass. You cannot to it yourself. That fact that you are working currently in Jakarta for a Singapore firm has no bearing on anything unless they are preparing to send you to Singapore, else they will not be able to apply for the S pass.

Frankly, I don't hold too much hope for your chances of success, at least at the moment, unless you can somehow qualify for at least a Q pass.

Why were you upset, rather than being happy for your friend? No two applications are the same, so you'd be better off focussing on your own situation and doing some research on this forum and the MOM site I linked to above. But as SMS says, your chances seem fairly slim at the moment.
