I finalized the list from the search and enquiry with my known people.

1. Standard Chartered - MANHATTAN Platinum Credit Card
2. POSB Everyday Credit Card
3. DBS Visa Platinum Card

Almost any bank will waive your service fee, unless it's a very premium card.

Some banks will give you the option of 'bonus' if you pay the fee, or no bonus if you don't. For example, on my Citi Premier Miles, the bonus miles they give every year is totally worth the cost of the fee.

S$192 annual fee, but you get 10,000 points. That's 12,000 Kris miles, enough for a one-way ticket to most of SE Asia. If the miles don't turn you on, then just waive the fee.

Anyway, every banks card also offers various discounts and rebates all over Singapore. I find in the places I shop, Citi cards have the best selection of stores offering rebates. 10% at various mid-end clothing stores the wife likes to shop at in Ion, 10% at Starbucks, ~15% w/ Smiles card at Esso, etc.

Thanks

i also like OCBC Plus visa and citi dividend master. the former for discounts when shopping at fairprice + paying recurring bills and the latter for buying discounted gas at esso.
