Is it me or when its too humid, your backache gets worse... i never had a problem in the cold.

i think its the excessive sweating thats causing accumulating in the neck and lower back and it can cause inflammation

you can try Chiropractors or physio.
There is a posting about Chiropractors here, can look there.
Light Chiropractic or Dr Neil in Orchard is good. Usually I go to Dr Theo if I can, if I cant then I go to another practice that can see me.
