Looking for new friends

I've been in SG for four years, married with 1 kid. Life has been office and home. Nothing much at work to develop friendships or at least a less-work kind of circle of friends- mostly are younger than me or older than me who are too busy to grab a drink on a friday night.
Men and women welcome for some drink once in a while; chat; or maybe barbecue with families?
A drink may be a good start.
