Can anyone recommend a platinum level card that I can apply for which allows you to redeem points with Star Alliance or OneWorld member airlines? Singapore Airlines seems to be the only one I can redeem points for. Thanks.

Huh???
Singapore Airlines IS Star Alliance, is that not ok? I use the Krisflyer AmEx and it's great.

How much do you earn?
That'll delineate your options.

Yea agree that the AMEX Krisflyer is good. Their points do not expire unlike the other credit cards.

KF Amex as others said. I don't know of a OW SGD denominated CC card - if you find one let me know.

Unfortunately, there is no 'OneWorld designated' card in SG. The best option you have are AMEX platinum or AMEX rewards - the miles convert at a ratio of 1.6:1, and there are loads of bonus rewards across the local food stores and restaurants, for example offers that include 10x or 5x reward points on wine at weekends in cold storage, and other offers that boost the spending / miles rate. Citi premier miles is also another option. I'd avoid the DBS altitude or any of the other local bank AMEX cards - i used it for a few months, and my normal AMEX ended up with 7 or 8 times the miles with similar spend.
I'm not sure about staralliance - but I would have thought the Krisflyer AMEX would be one option? Maybe our resident miles guru - Aster - can confirm this?
There is a thread on this topic, but i can't remember the name of it.......
