Chances of what?

Male? Female? Race? Family?

How the freak do you earn 20k/month with such a lack of attention to details?

If you posess good education such as a degree from a top university, holding management position with skills not easily found in Singapore, then chance for your PR application to be approved is good (though White are considered not favorable compared to Malaysian Chinese or Hongkong, Taiwan chinese etc). If you are considered worthy, the waiting time can be as short as 3 months or as long as 2 years depend on the quota.

However if you earn 20K gross salary but mainly commision (such as credit card promoters/sales etc), holding degree from unknown universities (I believe in Canada only U of T, McGill and UBC are considered ok), then forget it.

Additionally, High end caucasians, especially in the financial industries, tend to be shifted regularly by their HOs to other locals so the odds of staying put here are slim. This will also be viewed as a negative on the overall. Especially if an all vanilla family. Mixed family probably would have a bit more staying power. Just my opinion, however.
