sky pilates at liat towers (wheelock place) is truly excellent!

If you have special issue, like joints or muscles pain, better to look for a pilates instructor who is also a physiotherapist. There are 3 studio with good physio trained with Pilates,
"Corefitness" in Forum;
"Jace Physio Pilates center" in Wisma Atria;
and "Focus Pilates"
