Photo requirement for infant

Hi,
I could not find any information relevant to it. That is why I need your help here. First of all my baby is only 2 month plus old and would like to know what are the requirements for passport size photo for our PR application.
Specifically what I would like to know is as below
- Mom or someone can be in the photo?
- Eyes must open?
- Background requirement?
- Any additional requirement?

Just go down to ica to take the photo, they will tell you what to do.my baby went to take passport photo in ica when his first month old.

When we applied for our son for his first pass he was less than 2mo and got his photos done in ICA. Don't worry too much, they are pretty experienced over there and know what is required and acceptable.

My baby boy photo taken when he is 4 months old for PR application back in Malaysia. No problem what so ever.

How my colleague did it for his infant daughter:
* have baby lie down as usual but on right color mat/fabric/pillow
* hover with camera aimed at baby's face
* wait for right moment
* take picture
* repeat until desired photo is taken
* crop photo to correct specifications

Yep, exactly what I did all those years ago. Funny, today the look totally different but the two photos I took of them at 3 months you could have overlaid the negatives and not seen any difference at all.

FYI, if the baby is below 4 months old its allowed if baby's eyes are closed.
For 4 months and above, the eyes should be open. From personal experience

Lay baby down on bed take 100 pictures
