Basketball - Recreation/Competitive

Will be moving to Singapore mid July from London. I am a keen basketball player looking to play at least once a week. Will probably be living around the Marine Parade/East Coast area.
Any suggestions where I could play as part of a recreation league? Or any fellow expats play together somewhere?
Thanks

If you are also living in the Marine Parade area, we can maybe meet up and shoot some hoops sometime once I arrive in Singapore next month?
Anyone else live East Coast want to play some basketball?

Hi everyone,
I have noticed that you are all very interesting in playing bball in Singapore.
For the men, i cant help you.. but if you know any women interested, we are actually recruiting for our team. We have a good international group (singaporean, europeans, asians, americans...)
The new season will start mid-September, so don't hesitate to contact me
Cheers

Guys, if you google SlamJam basketball league there is a friendly every Monday that you can join in and play. It is at the NUS and the nearest MRT is Botanic Gardens. Good place to meet people. $15. Games are refereed.
Alternatively the community centre courts frequently have players every night which is free.
