Can a DP holder start an online business in Singapore on FB or personal website ? Does it need registration? What is the process and how much are the charges for it?
what is the penalty if business is unregistered.
please help so many questions in my mind?????????????????????????

An online business is like any other business in Singapore. It must be properly registered with ACRA.
As a DP you have a second challenge. You must either be able to get a letter of consent for your newly registered business or you must be able to get an EP. As nut nut has suggested, you need to search the threads in Careers and Business for more information.
