I really need help with my teeth. i'm 17 this year and i have a really bad set of teeth. mainly due to me coming from a poor family and they didn't really invest in oral hygiene. Now there are really obvious dark stains that are visible. and i don't dare to smile. My school dentist advised me to do internal bleaching but i heard that it's expensive, but i really want a good set of teeth

Hi sorry to hear about your teeth... bleaching sounds scary and expensive.. have you tried some natural solutions before considering bleaching?

saw this from some lifehacks websites: mix a tablespoon of baking soda with a bit of lemon juice to make a paste. Put the paste on your toothbrush and brush like usual, rinse.

Hey I asked my dental friend if crest strips work but she say it doesn't?

I think it would be best if you ask the dentist advise...not all product works on every people
