does any one know how to lose the arms ?? I have been excercise and controlling what i eat but when ever i lose weight, it will be from other parts of the body other than the arms ..

I have big bone structure... my arms are firm but big

Maybe you could tell us more on how you exercise and control your diet...

Exercise wise, a better way would be to use a local fat-loss strategy, targeting the extremities (arms or legs) first and the torso last. Training programs which release growth hormone (GH) are thought to be most effective at doing just that.
