playdates for energetic baby in the east?

Hi moms and dads,
we are looking for a playmate for 11 month old, we feel pretty isolated here due to long work hours so never meet any other parents/babies. We visit the park a few times a week, take him swimming, visit baby events and spend most the weekend trying to entertain. Any new moms or dads interested in meeting up to let the children play together in the east or heading out together for a coffee or a museum trip?
Or does anyone know of weekend groups for babies? Or weekday groups a helper can join with him?
