My favorites are My Little Spanish Place and Bomba. Both of them, have great paella (in my opinion). I like Sabio for the ambience and feel.

Catalunya behind the Fullerton Bay Hotel is amazing too! And with a great view on the waterfront facing Marina Bay Sands

Yeah, if you are looking for good Spanish food, you definitely want to check out Catalunya.

Don Quijote at Dempsey. Authentic, albeit pricey Spanish fare. I highly recommend the squid ink paella, as well as the patatas bravas.
