We were considering a unit in this condo. Are there any view points for or against it?

Noisy air-con compressors located just beside the bed outside the master bedroom.

Don't know the condo but the area isn't well served by public transport, judging by the queues I see waiting for taxis. I cycle it rush hour and weekends.

Seems to be just one bus service or a walk to Stadium.

If you don't have transport that might be a consideration.
