Japan in dec for leaf fall season

Myself and a friend had booked the tickets to Japan(osaka) from dec6-15 by malaysian airlines. Now that my friend is not able to go, i need to cancel the tickets. As a last resort Im looking for buddies to go with.
Cathay pacific tickets cost $680 for round trip if u book now.
The plan is to visit Kyoto,Nara, Kobe, Osaka to see the leaf fall colours.
